Xhopizzy is a campus commerce platform that helps students and campus businesses buy and sell products and services, run storefronts, and process payments with escrow protection.

To use certain features you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, or that violate these Terms.

Buyers may browse stores, create an account, place orders, pay online, and coordinate campus pickup or delivery in the chatbox.

Vendors may create businesses, list products or services, fulfill orders, and receive payouts subject to platform fees, escrow rules, and verification requirements.

Vendors must provide a valid business phone number so buyers can arrange pickup or delivery. Payments must remain on Xhopizzy; do not ask buyers to pay off-platform for orders started here.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, stock, service descriptions, quality, and legal compliance of what they sell.

Xhopizzy provides the technology layer. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not the seller of record for vendor products or services and do not guarantee that any listing is available, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

You must not list or sell:

• Illegal goods or services under Nigerian law
• Stolen items, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent offers
• Weapons, controlled substances, or other prohibited categories
• Content that is hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit involving minors

Checkout requires a signed-in account. Orders appear in your buyer dashboard, chatbox, and activity after payment.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Duplo Atlas. A platform service charge may be added at checkout. Vendor payouts are net of applicable fees and any partner commission.

Prices are generally shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

For eligible orders, funds may be held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or completion using a delivery/completion PIN (or until other release rules we publish apply).

• Buyers should share the PIN only after they receive the product or the service is completed satisfactorily.
• Vendors should mark orders ready and use the in-app chatbox so pickup/delivery can be arranged.
• Coordinating timing via phone or email is allowed; moving payment outside Xhopizzy for Platform orders is not.

Dispute handling may involve reviewing order evidence, chat/email records you provide, and payment status. Our decision on escrow release, refunds, or account action is final subject to applicable law.

Refund eligibility depends on order status, escrow state, vendor policies, and our dispute process. Where a refund is approved, it may be issued to a buyer wallet credit and/or through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.

Vendors remain responsible for fulfilling paid orders promptly and communicating clearly with buyers.

Vendor and buyer wallets may show balances, pending escrow amounts, refunds, rewards, and purchase history. Withdrawals (where enabled) are subject to identity/bank verification, minimum thresholds, and payment-provider processing times.

Referral and leaderboard rewards are promotional and may change or end at any time. Abuse of referral programs (fake accounts, self-referrals, fraud) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with Platform security, payments, or other users
• Scrape, spam, or reverse engineer the Platform beyond allowed use
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with a campus or brand
• Bypass fees, escrow, or verification requirements
• Use the Platform for money laundering or other unlawful activity

The Xhopizzy name, logos, design system, software, and content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Vendors grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display their storefront content, product images, and business information for operating and promoting the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every vendor will fulfill every order perfectly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xhopizzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from vendor–buyer disputes, delivery delays, or third-party payment provider outages, beyond amounts you paid to us in platform fees for the transaction giving rise to the claim (where applicable).

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law or payment partners.

Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
